Dr Latheef leaving

Dr Latheef will be leaving our surgery on the 9th January 2017, she and her family are moving to Abu Dhabi.  We have been interviewing for a new gp and will let patients know who and when they will be starting soon.  We wish Dr Latheef good look and happiness for her new life.

From the 1st October 2014 the surgery is increasing access for patients and restructuring the practice hours as from this date the telephones will be switched on from 8am and the practice will open at this time.

You can now book appointments, order repeat medication and view your medical records online please ask receptionist for form  to fill in when completed hand in to reception and your unique password and details will be emailed to you.  You will then be able to book an appointment, order medication and see your medical records if you wish.

Our Nurse Practitioner/prescriber has clinics starting at 8 o'clock on a Monday Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday these appointments can be pre - booked or booked on the day for any minor ailments i.e. chest infection, urinary infections. she can examine and prescribe and refer if necessary.

We hope this new system will give patients more access to the surgery and overall enhance the patient experience.

Please let us know if you have any suggestions/ideas on how we can improve.

From the 1st December when you visit our GP surgery you will be given the opportunity to give feedaback by answering a simple question about your experience:
How likely are you to recommend our surgery to your family and friends if they need similar treatment or care.  You will asked to choose one of six options ranging from 'extremely likely' to 'extremely unlikely'.
