Our surgery list is now open for patient to register with the practice


From the 1st October 2018 there will be a new 7 day access service which provides additional GP surgery appointments at the Litherland Town Hall, Hatton Hill Road, L21 9NU.  Monday - Friday there will additional appointments from 5pm  - 8pm and Saturday/Sunday  10am - 1pm.  To make one of these appointments you have to phone the surgery and give consent for access to your medical records by the gp/nurse practitioner/nurse that you will see there.  Anyone who is registered at a GP surgery in Sefton can book these appointments.  There will be no MED3 (sick notes) given on these appointments.  Please enquire at the surgery for any further information.

If the surgery is closed and you need medical advice/treatment please dial 111.  Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.  If you have a life threatening medical emergency please dial 999.

From the 1st April 2017 we will be open each day from 8am to 6.30pm.

One Wednesday afternoon per month we have staff training and will close at 1pm on the following dates:   
19th September 2018
17th October 2018
21st November 2018
12th December 2018  

You can now book appointments, order repeat medication and view your medical records online please ask receptionist for form  to fill in when completed hand in to reception and your unique password and details will be emailed to you.  You will then be able to book an appointment, order medication and see your medical records if you wish.

Our Nurse Practitioner/prescriber has clinics starting at 8 o'clock on a Monday Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday  some of these appointments can be pre - booked or booked on the day for any minor ailments i.e. chest infection, urinary infections. she can examine, prescribe and refer if necessary. 

We hope this new system will give patients more access to the surgery and overall enhance the patient experience.

From the 1st December when you visit our GP surgery you will be given the opportunity to give feedaback by answering a simple question about your experience: 
How likely are you to recommend our surgery to your family and friends if they need similar treatment or care.  You will asked to choose one of six options ranging from 'extremely likely' to 'extremely unlikely'.
You will also be invited to tell us: What was good about your visit. Your response is anonymous.    All comments are valuable to us.
